So…to continue on the subject close to your heart – What Message or Quote Should I Wear on My Clothing?
A stranger meeting you for the first time sees your clothing long before they see your face or hear your voice. So, it’s not your handshake, your smile or your boobs, it’s your clothing that is the first impression you make on people. Thus, you want to make a statement with your clothing that is clear and unambiguous.
If you want the stranger to like you, then the statement made by your clothing, your first impression, should NOT be angry or insulting to the stranger. The statement made by your clothing should be something positive, something uplifting or empowering. Your T-Shirt should give the stranger some idea of what you believe and should somehow make the stranger feel good about trusting you.
How would you feel about meeting somebody for the first time whose T-Shirt says, and I quote, “Today I Choose Violence”? Or would you rather meet somebody whose shirt says, “Let Love Win”?

Mighty Shirt Messages
The difference between the two apparel philosophies is readily apparent, and the choice, obviously, is yours. We simply believe that our empowering Mighty Shirt messages are a better place to start a conversation. You have to ask yourself, “Do I want to be one of those trolls who seem to be increasingly loud, bent on making our world a harsher, more angry place? Or do I want to, in a small way, try to make the world a bit kinder, softer and more gentle?”
The choice is yours. Angry T-Shirts are easy to find. They’re everywhere. Why not choose to be different, and at the same time, give other people a break from the anger? Let those around you relax a bit, smile a little, and maybe view their own lives in a slightly nicer light?
At Mighty Shirt, we’ve made our choice. It’s time for you to make yours.
Next week, we’ll talk about How to Wear Statement T-Shirts with Style at any Age.
